What are the major changes for you?

VBS

Users will no longer be able to enter the character “?” into the EIDO field. If you enter this character in, you will receive an error.

Patrick Fremantle only – the CTO can now raise credit notes against VBS invoices.

VICT – CTO’s will now see a user friendly, easy to understand and non-technical error, when they attempt to add a container on a truck during the manifesting process

MSIC

A small number of changes are being made around the MSIC application process in R6, these include:

Non-Australian business addresses can be used in the 10 year history check, applicants under 18 are able to choose any card type, and card replacement timeline is being updated for some terminals. All changes can be found using the MSIC link above.

ComPay

In this ComPay release, changes include:

Debit Payment Report and the Credit Card Payment report have updated the “Date Deposited” column with 2 enhancements

You can now cancel a payment if your password is under 8 characters

What are the major changes for you?

VBS – DP World Port Botany and Patrick Port Botany Terminals only

As a result of the mandatory PBLIS changes, terminals are required to report the amended availability change to CMCC. 1-Stop will compare the vessel schedule received from the terminal and generate the new data file to CMCC.

1-Stop will also report redline Hazardous containers in the actual slot usage file to CMCC. A new commodity code, HAZR, will be introduced for redline hazardous container.

MSIC

There are a range of enhancements to the MSIC application process , including an improved layout for some sections. Read the full release notes to see what the enhancements mean for you.

Bug fixes in this release

• Notification – sending notification at midnight local time for the scheduled day
• Stack Run In Full – displays vessel name, lloyds and voyage name in the correct format
• Xray Manifest – Displays the correct held status

Enhancements

• DP World only – Carriers will now be able to confirm bookings for Early Receival containers

What are the major changes for you?

VBS

DP World Terminals – Carriers will be able to confirm bookings for early receival containers (if the terminal allows). This change will allow you to bring the export containers to the terminal earlier than the export receival date.

MSIC

The Australian Government are bringing in new regulations for new MSIC applications from 1 August 2017. We will be updating our system to ensure all new applications from the 1 August will have the steps to provide the new documentation. NZ and non-Australian citizens will need to provide evidence of your approved visa status from the 1 August.
